Here we go again!
Preparing once again for another move, this time just a few floors up. Our new apartment will have a bit more space and hopefully we will be able to stay there several years.
In the meantime this little guy is having lots of fun!

We’ve gone bananas!
Tonight we tried our first homemade non-dairy ice cream. We could not believe the flavor and texture from simply blending frozen bananas!! So delicious and actually guilt free.
We topped it with some chopped nuts and crumbled Coconut Lemon Energy Bites. Such a treat on a Saturday night!
We have been on a bit of a food journey and I hope to share some more here soon.
